We wanted a pair of can do, go anywhere Bibs with carrying capacity that has all day comfort, with the freedom of choice to wear a t-shirt or a traditional jersey with rear pockets.

The Adventure Bibshorts are ideal for Gravel riding, Audax, long distance touring/cycling or just commuting.  The 8+ hour endurance pad is seamless and  highly breathable and with a soft feel.

The two cargo leg pockets are large but with ribbed breathable abrasive resistant fabric that offers more protection for your valuables, ideal for quick access to your phone, food and wallet.  The two rear pockets are in a lighter mesh fabric which is more suited to smaller items, gels and keys etc.  The bib top is cool-mesh fabric for breath-ability and wide shoulder straps for comfort, we have used flat seams and reduced the panels in some areas, with a lower front panel for easier toilet breaks.  Soft wide leg grippers that hold in place without restrictions.

        My go to shorts for longer rides

        Quite simply the best shorts I have ever owned for longer rides. Super comfortable, great pad. And when I take a page ripped out of a road atlas for navigation, it goes in the leg pocket!

        Adventure bibshorts

        I've been a cyclist for many years.
        We are always on the lookout for that perfect fit, which is a hard thing to find.
        I started using Lusso bibshorts way back, and have gone through a fair few pairs over the years on the road bike., and have always been happy with Lusso
        But here's the thing, I've been sucked into the gravel side of things. And to start with I was wearing my mtb padded shorts. Something wasn't right though. To much movement between the pad and the shorts, a bit of chafe here and there, I didn't really want to go further than 25 miles.
        So I bought these. It wasn't really a punt, as mentioned previously I've been using Lusso for years.
        Changed my gravel riding completely.
        The pad is so well formed that you forget it's there. Well I certainly forgot. The first ride wearing these was an unplanned explore of differing surfaces. Instead of thinking about getting home, I was thinking of how much fluid I had in my bidons as I wanted to go further. I ended up with 45 miles in total comfort, no chafing, and only headed home due to fading light.
        The leg pockets? Why have we waited so long for these? I had my oversized mobile phone in one, and it swallowed it, It was still there when I got home none the worse for it's travels.

        All in all, from a personal point of view, it's 5 stars from me.

        The most comfortable shorts I have ever bought

        I had previously bought the V2 Carbon bib shorts as an alternative to a steady succession of various Rapha shorts and I used them again and again on long rides but the addition of pockets persuaded me to try the Adventure Shorts as an alternative. I set out to take on a 200K Audax worrying that perhaps trying new shorts on such a long ride may not be the best decision I ever made but I have to say that these shorts outperformed my expectations and even after 250K and 10 1/2 hours they were still the most comfortable shorts I've ever owned. The pockets were snug and capacious and great for gels and wrappers but I wouldn't want my Phone in such an exposed position and the amount of moisture wicked by the material meant I had to keep my route sheet in a plastic bag to keep it dry. I will definitely be buying these shorts again and recommending them to friends - the only reason I only give 4 stars is I have only had them a week so I want to make sure they stay as comfortable for the long run before giving an unequivocal 5 stars.
