ORDERS & RETURNS

ORDERING FROM US

2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

3. PRICING
3.1 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
3.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.

4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

We do not offer a free returns service 

4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to info@lusso.bike before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.  After 14 days a credit note shall be issued. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
All returns should be in  NEW  condition, both UNWASHED and UNWORN in original packaging.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: – in the event that the product has been used

The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods

At Lusso we pride ourselves in manufacturing only quality goods although, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur.
If you think your product is faulty due to a manufacturing error please contact us info@lusso.bike
Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty.
Returned items that have been worn MUST be freshly washed before return for hygiene purposes or will not be accepted.

Repair Service Policy

As a manufacturer Lusso are pleased to be able to offer a free in-house repair service where an accident has damaged a garment or a failure has occurred.
This service also applies to garments outside the 14 day return policy, and where the damage is not due to manufacturing faults.
Repairs can take up to 6 weeks upon receiving the returned items and Lusso reserves the right reject repairs on a case by case basis.

DELIVERY

Standard UK Delivery

We offer Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders
We dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday, please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.
You will receive an email confirmation that we have received your order and upon dispatching your order.
We send orders standard via Royal Mail for all deliveries within the UK, working on their timescales of typically delivering with 3-5 working days.

International Delivery

We offer delivery to all major overseas locations. Delivery can range from 1-7 days depending on destination – you can check shipping charges and standard shipping days for your destination at checkout.
We dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday, please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.
